Linktree is adding additional features to help creators advertise their NFTs

Linktree a bio linking platform is the latest to reveal intentions to incorporate NFTs into its platform unveiling a suite of new features that would allow artists to advertise their NFTs and "build a community around Ownership" According to the Linktree, creators will have new ways to monetize their work and build a digital identity. The new features were developed in collaboration with OpenSea, an NFT marketplace.

Users may use the company's new NFT gallery link capability to display their NFTs on their Linktree Creators may add the URL of an OpenSea collection to generate a preview and they can connect their Metamask wallets to prove ownership. Authors can connect their Metamask wallets and choose up to six NFTs to display on their Linktree, By visiting OpenSea, available NFTs may then be seen and bought. 

Creators may use their NFTs as profiles, photographs, or backgrounds on Linktree after their Wallets. As with Twitter's NFT profile images, verified NFTs will be placed in a hexagonal frame as profile shots. for backdrops, a verification badge will show at the bottom of the creator's Linktree. After then users may go to Linktree to learn more about the NFT Linktree claims to leverage OpenSea and MetaMask in the power verification process. 

Furthermore, Linktree introducing a new NFT lock feature, which allows writers to secure their connections using a Smart Contract address. Only users who hold NFTs from a certain collection will be able to unlock the connection by connecting their wallets. this capability assists producers in simplifying benefit sharing. 

"With the launch, Linktree is providing features to empower creators in the Web3 space." Linktree CEO Alex Zaccaria said to TechCrunch "This adds value by extending the core utility of NFTs verified ownership, monetization, and community. As the number of creators tapping into Web3 grows, Linktree provides these creators the tools they need to display their NFTs anywhere they have their Linktree link and to provide exclusively to  their community."

Linktree wants to include NFTs into its platform in March, Linktree obtained $110 million in all equity capital, triggering today's declaration. the fundraising round, Linktree was valued at $1.3 billion.

Linktree claims to have 1.2 billion monthly unique visitors and has assisted over 1 million artists in generating 90 million visits to streaming providers by 2021. Many celebrities, including Selena Gomez the Los Angeles Clippers, HBO, and Shawn Mendes use this Linktree.
